Cancellation Policy
At WaveStudio Salon, we value your time and strive to provide exceptional service. We kindly ask for at least 72 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, so we can accommodate other clients. Please call us promptly if you are unable to attend.
To ensure your appointment is confirmed, our booking system will send you a text message 3 days prior and a reminder 24 hours before your appointment. Please click the link in the confirmation text to confirm your appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule after confirming, please call or message the salon.
If we are unable to reach you to confirm your appointment, we reserve the right to cancel it and offer the slot to another client. Late cancellations or no-shows impact us significantly and inconvenience other clients.
For your convenience, Wave Studio Salon offers voicemail services outside salon hours. You can call anytime or send us a message. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
